Welcome to NovaDeals. These Terms of Service govern your use of the NovaDeals website at novaris.deals and any related pages we operate. By visiting the site, browsing deals, or clicking through to a retailer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use NovaDeals. The site is intended for shoppers in the United States and Canada, and deals are labeled for the regions where they apply.

What NovaDeals is

NovaDeals is a deal-discovery service. Our team finds discounts, price drops, coupons, and promotions offered by third-party retailers, verifies them at the time of posting, and publishes them so you can find savings quickly. We are not a store. We do not sell products, process payments, ship items, or handle returns. Every purchase you make happens on the retailer's own site under the retailer's terms, prices, and policies.

Affiliate links

Many links on NovaDeals are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or an affiliate network at no extra cost to you. This is how the site is funded. For a full explanation, please read our Affiliate Disclosure.

Deal accuracy

We verify every deal when we post it, but deals move fast. Prices, discounts, coupon codes, stock, and availability are controlled by retailers and can change or end at any time without notice. The price shown on the retailer's site at checkout is the price that applies, and it may differ from what we published. Always confirm the final price before you buy. We are not responsible for pricing errors, expired offers, or differences between our listing and the retailer's current offer.

Third-party sites

When you click out to a retailer, you leave NovaDeals. Third-party sites have their own terms of service and privacy policies, and we do not control their content, products, security, or business practices. Any transaction, dispute, warranty claim, or return is strictly between you and the retailer.

Acceptable use

You agree to use NovaDeals only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download our listings or data; interfere with or overload the site; attempt to access admin areas or accounts that are not yours; misrepresent your affiliation with NovaDeals; or use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content. We may limit or block access for anyone who violates these rules.

Community spaces

NovaDeals runs a community server on Discord. That space is hosted by Discord and is also governed by Discord's own terms and community guidelines. We expect members to be respectful, keep discussions legal and on topic, and avoid harassment, hate, or spam. We may remove content or members from our community at our discretion to keep it safe and useful.

Our content

The NovaDeals name, logo, mascot artwork, site design, and the text we write are owned by NovaDeals and protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, retailer names, and logos belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on our site does not imply endorsement. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Disclaimers

NovaDeals is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal will remain available at the listed price.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaDeals and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any purchase made through a linked retailer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. You agree to indemnify NovaDeals against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NovaDeals is operated.
